I completely understand that life happens children get sick, work runs late, unexpected things come up, or sometimes we simply forget. However, when you book an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you.

As a small business owner, my time is my livelihood. When an appointment is missed or cancelled last minute, it often means that time cannot be filled and I do not get paid for that appointment.

No shows: The full appointment fee will apply.

Cancellations within 24 hours: A 50% appointment fee will apply.
