Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiting your deposit. No-shows will automatically forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full for future bookings. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new appointment if enough notice is given.
